MLT offers paralegal and legal support services in a variety of legal fields, which include: criminal law, family law, civil law, administrative law, and business law (Southard & Starkey, 2002). Having worked in a variety of law firms from the various fields of practice, MLT’s lead paralegals bring experience from each of those specialized fields that MLT will provide professional paralegal services for. MLT certified paralegals are capable of leading their paralegal teams to the best possible results for the given area of law that will satisfy their attorney clients’ needs. MLT legal support team, members will perform all functions associated with a legal office, and support staff will include specialists in investigations, process service, research analysis, and document handling and couriering.
MLT paralegals and support staff will provide legal assistance to their attorney clients throughout the entire legal process in the manner our clients instruct them. This assistance includes appearances at the various court and administrative proceedings where attorneys utilize the assistance of paralegals and other support staff to help locate documents as well as relevant statutory authority and case law, and other errands
reasonably associated with the handling of our clients’ cases and office-related tasks. (Southard & Starkey, 2002).

Even basic information about the MLT business model can be an important proprietary advantage, and its disclosure could cause considerable damage to the start-up. Someone who misrepresents himself to an employer is more likely to do other dishonest things down the road, so MLT sees it as one of our highest priorities to be vigilant in monitoring personnel truthfulness during the hiring process and throughout the course of their employment with us. Accordingly, MLT checks references and runs background checks to confirm veracity of all applicants. We also require all in-house and client associates to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. This ensures that we protect our clients’ confidential matters and our own business interests.
Reliability is also imperative for our company and our clients alike. From the standpoint of personnel, reliability means always doing what they promise to do.
